According to its website, Rocket Twenty One offers "a sleek, West Coast atmosphere," and a recent visit confirmed that; there is definitely an "L.A." vibe going on, with ultra-fancy cocktails, a big fish tank and a backlit bar that glows an elegant white. It's definitely one of the places to take your coast-dwelling friends in an attempt to prove that Arkansas does have some swank watering holes.
