One can't-go-wrong jumping off point is the cheese spaetzle, a decadent cousin of mac/cheese — homemade noodles in creamy bechamel sauce with a nice caramelized onion kick. Creamy and dreamy.

Owner and self-proclaimed "food evangelist" Tomas Bohm does things the right way — buying local, making almost everything from scratch and focusing on simple preparations of classic dishes. The menu stays relatively true to his Czechoslovakian roots, but there's plenty of choices to suit all tastes. There's also a nice happy-hour vibe.
