Owner and self-proclaimed "food evangelist" Tomas Bohm does things the right way -- buying local, making almost everything from scratch and focusing on simple preparations of classic dishes. The menu stays relatively true to his Czechoslovakian roots, but there's plenty of choices to suit all tastes. There's also a nice happy-hour vibe.
