What's cooking, May 3

Our “What’s Cookin’” item from last week about Valentine’s, the new restaurant inside the Arkansas Travelers’ Dickey-Stephens Ballpark in North Little Rock, needs some clarifications. According to Sean Mangold, the Travs’ food and beverage director, reservations will be accepted until closing time, no earlier than 9:30 weeknights and 10 p.m. weekends. Also, the restaurant is open on Mondays when the Travelers have home night games only. The team has some Monday morning games scheduled, but the restaurant will not be open on those nights. Also, on Travs’ Sunday night starts, the restaurant will be open.

Valentine’s is regularly open beginning at 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Patio service in the stadium concourse will be offered starting this month when the team is out of town. Free valet parking is available on Broadway every night.
