Lilly’s Dim Sum Then Some has left the building — the River Market, that is — and its space is now occupied by Big on Tokyo, which shifted a few feet northeast from its previous locale in the center area of the Market. The River Market Lilly’s was the original spot before the owner Kathy Webb opened a full-service lunch and dinner restaurant on Merrill Drive in West Little Rock. A vegetable market is going where Big on Tokyo was.
