The pulled pork shoulder is a classic, the back ribs are worthy of their many blue ribbons, and there's a six-pack of sauces for all tastes. A real find is the beef brisket, cooked the way Texans like it. Note: Whole Hog shuts down at 8 p.m. nightly at its Cantrell location.
