Mathis is fool and a bully, who routinely holds up state business over misspellings or perceived personal sleights. This guy needs a Wellbutrin the size of a football. I only wish Judge Proctor had antagonized Mathis a little more, bringing on the inevitable massive apoplectic aneurysm and saving the voters of Hot Springs nine more months of embarassment.

I feel sorry for Bob's family too. He's got two daughters and a good wife. He's mean and drinks quite a bit, e.g. with that lobbyist for tobacco, forget his name. They used to be at the Capitol Hotel ALL the time with Ron Fuller and company.

Reminds me of a statement a friend of mine used to make about once a year: "Remember here at rodeo time that there are a lot more horses asses than horses." Horseless asses like Mathis need to be rounded up and put out to pasture.
