I believe they are panties cause they form a straight line acrossher lower back. If it were the top of the pants, it would be curved cuz pants curve when you wear them because they wrap around your body in a circle. I also downloaded the photo and zoomed in and the pixils look pink real close in which probably means panties cause her pants look brown when zoomed.

If a girls ass is hanging out of her clothes and you're a heterosexual male, I don't know how you couldn't take notice. If you went to riverfest, you'd notice a lotta azz w/o lookin for it. Woman choose what they wear and know how to dress to attract or not attract attention.

I grew up in a southern tourist area where everyone spent a lot of time is bathing suits, and was very used to seeing a lot of skin and thought nothing of it. When I moved here suddenly there was this judgementalism about it everywhere. Talk about culture shock!

Too bad for you folks, you would see a lot more skin if you just chill and quit assuming things based on attire.
