The master's voice
A press roll-out is scheduled tomorrow and then public availability Saturday for an audio guided tour of the Clinton Library narrated by the former president himself. This will be a presidential library first -- tour narration by the commemorated president. It will cost $3, in addition to normal admission, to rent a device to listen to the program

Never miss the opportunity to shake down the public for another buck!
Unless he is including some of his more famous quotes that got him in trouble, I will enjoy my tour without his self-serving narrative.

Where's the blue dress is what I want to know...Will he tell us that on the Extra three buck machine?

Hey they do this at Graceland. If it's good enough for Elvis it's good enough for Bill. Excuse me. I'm headed down there now.

this is historic and is yet another great service offered by the library. I'm loading the kids up and heading down there Saturday.

Wish they'd had that available when I took my tour. It's a great idea and I'm very surprised none of the other Presidential libraries have anything like it. I'll bet some of the others copy it now.
They'd better get Gerald Ford on tape quick.

It's not like I'd ever visit the GW Bush library, but can you imagine listening to him as you tour? Gawd.

Thanks, Roland..........that was my gut laugh for the day. Listening to Bush talk is akin to the proverbial fingernails on the blackboard. I'm ever so thankful for the mute button whenever he is on tv.

I agree with Patrick... wish they had it when I went.
Max, any clue how long the audio tape will be. I spent quite a bit of time at the library, but could have spent more.

I visited the Clinton Library this past weekend, and I announced (loudly) "I love this guy, and I think we should just annoint him as King."
I got applause.
My fifteen minutes of fame for Clinton. Whoopee!

Are they still letting his old girlfriends in for free? I thought he already was king!

Everytime I cross the river into LR I have to view the great double-wide and gag. A monument to a shaddy character in my beloved hometown.
Fortunately, I don't have to tour the library and listen to his melodious ramblings attesting to his greatness. King Blythe should be reannointed Captain Dunsil.

What a shame, that you spend your time gagging over something that is bringing tourism to the state. Get over it or move. The library isn't going anywhere.
It would be interesting to see what Dubya library's structure will look like. My opinion, it should be in the shape of an ass, because that's what he has made of this country.

It does bring revenue to LR. That is why they did everything possible to entice him to locate it in our fair city. The Mayor and Board peverted themselves and the city by doing some 'not so nice' things with the law.
I hope that it keeps generating revenue for my home town because I love it more than I do its tribute to his shenanigans. I just hope that he doesn't pull another stunt that brings shame on LR.

Did Central High not bring shame to Little Rock?
