A$a better hope the campaign is about abortion... rather than his sweetheart deals to cash in on his public offices.

John, campaign blogs serve only two purposes. First, they give the lemmings talking points to justify their devotion to a candidate. Second, the more important value of campaign blogs is to get the MSM to pick up on the campaign's partisan messages and perspectives and to give them a wider public readership. You fell for it.

Oh you can bet it will be...with a little gay/immigrant bashing thrown in for good measure. The sad thing is this crap is what's gotten us to where we are now...in monkeyboy hell.
It's January 2007..."Welcome Governor Asa Hutchinson and welcome tax cuts..."....sounds mighty good to us.............
Of course it does. It's all about greed with you Kool-Aid drinkers...more more and more.
Here's an idea: How about putting your money where your mouth is and donating those tax cuts for the wealthy to the soldiers and their families who are sacrificing so much for your war. It's long past time that the rest of country shoulder some of the war burden. Flag waving and your pseudo patriotic crap won't pay the bills or otherwise take care of those soldiers you're always using as props for your crap.

Also, there was an interview on C-SPAN this AM that recapped the WashPo article. I hope Beebe folks were recording it - it would make a great commercial.

Asa is paid by Fortress for his experience and the value he adds to their business.
Beebe is paid by ENtergy to rig legislation in their favor. Who's your man?

"It's January 2007..."Welcome Governor Asa Hutchinson and welcome tax cuts..."....sounds mighty good to us............."
I just spit my granola bar all over my keyboard I was laughing so hard.
AnonypUSs A$A staffers trolling. Or maybe A$A's alter troll ego...picking on the liberals, bragging about his five figure quarterly taxes, can't WAIT for the latest IPO of some fictitious company worth about 500 bucks (about the cost of a cheap pc with it's articles of incorporation on it)...
Not that A$A! stands any real chance, especially with Jesus Jim puking kool aid and poo-pooing Pre-K and immigrants...

Molly Ivins
"Meanwhile, the entire Department of Homeland Security is beginning to look like a Republican playground. According to The New York Times, over 90 former officials at DHS or the White House Office of Homeland Security are now "executives, consultants or lobbyists for companies that collectively do billions of dollars' worth of domestic security business." Now isn't that a dainty dish to set before the king?"
"Can Republicans run anything right? Where is the CEO administration that was supposed to straighten out government? It may be that Bush deserves credit for having initially opposed a DHS, knowing that Republicans would make a giant new federal agency. But he later changed his mind and supported the thing. The rest of us thought we were getting an agency that would provide homeland security, but what an endless saga of misspent money, stupid decisions, waste, fraud, abuse and political logrolling--and still no port protection."
Stick a fork in A$a he's done!

Just looked over Asa web. site. He takes credit for so
much that he had nothing to do with. Just one example is he congradulates legislators for passing his Bill for stricter laws against sexual preditors.
He states that this was part of his package in March, even though is was already on the call for the specil session before March. And the Bills
sponsor said her committee had been working on this for the past six months. Asa has no clue !

Anonytrolls, you are again making the broken record sound.
WHat is a socialist? Do you even know? Can you recognize the distinction between the different kinds of socialists? If you cannot explain what one is, don't use it. Either use some critical thinking or stop reciting talking points. You do yourself no good.
Broken Record #2 - Accuse Beebe all you want --- IF you can back it up with facts. If you want to claim these accusations of impropriety than follow it up with a citation to a bill or act Beebe introduced and how it helped Entergy. If you want to be a troll and recite talking points or taglines, go back to another blog.
Put up or shut up.

Thanks, Themis for point #2. I've been saying that same thing for months, on this blog most recently as yesterday, but alas, no response. As if I really expected any. It's the same old Rethuglican campaign theme........"Tell the same lie enough times to enough people and some are bound to believe it."

Maybe the Dems should return some of the lies. Did you hear Asa! was in a three-way with his brother and girlfriend?
