Like our President appointee Wal-Mart is just getting to powerful and arrogant so this latest court rejection is good news.
To add to Wal-Mart woes the French (Viva France) are still biting at Wal-Mart's for their ubiquitous Smiley Face" infringement.

Leave Wal-Mart alone. They provide a place where we can get what we need and at the best price. If you are againist that then move your fat ass to Cuba.

I wonder how much all this legal action cost California taxpayers? Walmart has a deliberate strategy of aggressive legal attacks to break (monetarily and otherwise) their opponents. Once again, we find society picking up the tab for Walmart's business.
I just don't see Walmart as an entity operating under any government. The company actually stands in opposition to government. It throws billions of dollars and hundreds of thousands of jobs around to get whatever it wants.
When you have an global organization of Walmart's size focused solely on making money without any meaningful regard for the public welfare, you have a problem.
Arkansas created the problem and we ought to take the lead in solving it. Maybe we should tax them 10% of assets for all this state has done to help Walmart -- without it, they wouldn't be where they are today. And force the Board to include members who represent the public health and welfare.
Walmart has been preying on us for too long. We need to turn the tables.

I just wish we could get a Costco. A little competition goes a long way.

Right on Roland. We must punish Walmart for providing the goods and services that people want at low prices. For this, Walmart is evil and must be punished.

Nothing is perfect, not even capitalism. and i really hate it that whenever someone points that out, some republitroll has to tell us all to move to cuba.
the irony of their logic is amusing. they seem to forget that dissent and criticism are parts of democracy too and by telling us to move to cuba, they are undermining the very principles they seek to uphold.

A good and decent person does not shop at Walmart.

Wal-Mart has no concept of constitutionality. They sure dont apply it to themselves.
