My old friend in Los Angeles just told me the repossession rate on Calif homes increased SIXTY percent in the past 60 days. This is good news because the price of housing will begin to decline.

How many recall the 1980's AFTER
Ronnie ran record deficits for 4-5 years so that we could catch up with the communists? I was in Dallas in 86-87 and you buy commercial real estate for
25-30 cents on the dollar. So Republicans know how to reduce prices as good as Walmart.

Now we've had record deficits. Oil that was $12 barrel in 2000 has zoomed to $70 barrell.
Of course, Bush the Oil-Man, Cheney the Haliburton-Oil-Man , Rice the Oil-Woman, Enron, etc have nothing to do with today's high prices nor have they anything to do with today's record deficits.

Today's inflated prices means fighting a war is expensive. We know that.

Like all once great companys WMT has run it's course. ROE and pre tax profits have been down or treading water the last couple of years. Too bad because alot of people made a lot of money in this stock over the years.

There are a lot of other real growth companys out there besides WMT.
