I would like to announce what a disappointment it has been to hit middle age in America under the reign of Bush-Cheney. It's hard to tell how far to take these things. I mean, where is the line?

I remember my Old Testament professor explaining (and pointing out specific instances, such as the one you mention, Jake) that in Old Testament Hebrew, the word for "feet" was very often a euphemism for "genitals", especially in ritual or sacramental contexts. It explains a lot of otherwise inexplicable passages.

Oh yeah, and "thigh" was another such euphemism.

President's day 2002, I gave birth to a boy named sam in a religious hospital. An c-section was proformed. During the surgery, my bladder was cut, an hysterectomy was preformed. After all the medical errors had been committed and paid for, I was sent to ICU. I had not even touched or seen my newborn. On the third day in ICU, as I laid in bed, trying to live so I can see my newborn, a so-called social worker, from DHS, came to my death bed, and without any warning from anyone, told me that he was there to PICKUP my newborn, to displace him from the nursery to foster care. (eminent domain in the nursery). I screammed and begged to him to please don't take my baby! I had never touched or seen him yet! I begged the nurses, you all are supposed to have state of the art nursery care, how can you all do this! I was told that my premature newborn, who weighted only five pounds, did not have insurance! That nearly killed me. I had to have MORE blood and stronger medicine. (More paid for medical errors). They had Jesus on the cross, hanging over my bed, watching! They assualted me and nearly starved my newborn with their no insurance no food policy. I was mistreated and I thought that I was going to make it out of there. After I got kicked out, I found out that DHS did not have any records about the insident! They said that they would not take any baby to cut the hospital's costs. I called Huck, who did not give a *uck. even if Jesus was made a witness and the hospital used a state funded program to force my newborn (eminent domain) out of his nursery crib. I wrote an elected rev.senator, who wrote me back a nasty letter unbecoming an religious(REV.)person, let alone a senator. If Mary and Jesus were in Ark. they would not get a fair trial or any representation. They would be on own just like me, because Huck do not give a *uck.

I am fighting my case/cause alone pro se. I am currently in appeals court. When I first filed my timely complaint, I did not know how to answer, so, I called the opposing lawyer to see if I could get more time, their lawyer told me he would help me dismiss the case with prejudice. He did the motion without an order, mailed me a copy to take to the judge. when I did not the motion signed, some time later, He, the lawyer for the defense, entered a second order with a letter saying that he (the lawyer for the defense) was taking the liberty to file the order! Ten days later the second order was entered. Meanwhile, the first motion that defense had me to take to judge office, had been ordered! nobody at the judge's office had been truthful with me. The clerk told me that no order had been entered. (legal conspiracy) I relied on the second order, as I thought that defense did also. When I re-filed my case it was dismissed! there was evidense of material facts; I was giving a hearing, but when I got to court the defense, who was the only one who could answer for the fraud and misrepresentations, did not come to the hearing. Another lawyer was sented to court in his place! The judge dismissed my case, which is now on appeal. Just as Jesus had to defend his self alone, so do I. If Mary and Jesus were in Ark. they would not get a fair trial or any representation! I had a lawyer in the begining, he drop out at the last three months before the statue ran. Iwas not going to let them get away with what had happened to me. The help I got was from A twelve year old child! I called every body that claims to help, I even called PETA, they said they would have helped if I were an animal!
