Will you be packing?

A$a gets some rare Arkansas campaigning from Gov. Mike Huckabee tonight. The Huck headlines a $100-a-head "sportsmen's" event at the Peabody. Message: A$a! loves guns more than Mike! Our questions:

Are sportswomen welcome?

Are concealed weapons permissible for those with carry permits?

Hell, are concealed weapons required?

We're checking.

If Darth Cheney shows up they should have him check his gun at the door. On second thought it would be better if he didn't.

How many ducks will be left for the morning walk?

Sportswomen have better sense than to show up at that event.

I'm with you, BR549. Too bad this is not a matinee/luncheon. The Dickster loves him some Scotch & Winchester in the afternoons.

PULL!

There were allot of "sportswomen" there, It was a great event. Members of the Hunting community from all over the state were there.

Asa is clearly on the side of the 2nd Amendment and stronger property rights wheras Beebe is not.

Somehow you libs think that is okay. Strange.

ARK. BLOG Thanks for the report, full of political crap though it might be. But you didn't answer my main question: was anyone packing heat? You?

I dont know, by definition they would have been "concealed" if they were.

And I dont know about the "political crap" you speak of. The only time I hear that is everytime Beebe opens his mouth.

It doesn't really matter what side of these issues A$a! is on, because he's a former lobbyist who is about to be a gubernatorial-also-ran-soon-to-be-lobbyist again. And I think that's okay.

Come on, you know those who were packing heat did the "I'll show you mine if you'll show me yours" thing.

Oh it does matter what side of the issues he's on Vs. what side his opponent is on.
That's why Asa will win.

And that "ill show you mine" thing only happens at the range.
