Help public radio

I'm reminded that it's begathon time for KUAR. I'll be doing my on-air soliciting next Thursday, Oct. 19, during the usual early morning hours. I'm not finishing up on Friday, as customary, because of the happy duty of flying to Rhode Island that day for my son's final collegiate Parents Weekend.

So, please, help KUAR, our indispensable information source. You can pledge online at kuar.org or call 569-8485. If you call or e-mail during my time on-air and mention the Blog, I'll add $10 to your contribution. But only for pledges from 6:30 to 9 a.m. NEXT Thursday. I'll issue a reminder next week.
