Another federal failure

Why does A$a keep harping on making the overworked, undermanned State Police handle immigration enforcement? Because he knows full well, as a former Bush administration official, that the agency primarily responsible isn't up to the job and he wants, like a good Republican, to shift the burden to the states.

From the Morning News, in the center of a part of Arkansas swarmed by immigrants seeking chicken plant and other work:

ROGERS -- U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents would like to come running every time an illegal immigrant turns up, but there are only six agents covering 24 counties in this part of the state.

You're a pathetic, partisan hack, Max. There are too many illegal aliens for the INS to deal with. What a poor attempt to feign disappointment that the INS hasn't caught all illegal aliens.

In case you weren't aware, local and state police support the FBI and the ATF and the DEA. They do so to augment limited manpower at the federal level and because local police are more prevalent and know local areas better. There are similar programs with the ATF and the DEA. I have friends who are police officers who work in a similar capacity with both agencies. You can find something wrong with nothing. Amazing. What a shill. Asa suggests a simple and effective idea to the problem with illegal aliens and you act like it's never been done before and that it's an example of failure by the Bush administration. Federal police agencies have been partnering with local police for decades.

Beebe must not really be leading by 15-30% if you're paying this much attention to Asa. What, pray tell, has Beebe proposed to deal with the problem? Oh, that's right: NOTHING.

The police are to busy to enforce the law huh ? what a joke !
You know there not to busy to pull me over for speeding, maybe i should just try arguing that im " just a poor man trying to make a better life for my family" maybe then we could all start getting out of speeding tickets in droves, then maybe some lawyers who hate christianity could start taking our cases probono and we could get the police to say that, to many people are speeding and we just shouldnt enforce the law anymore !

Henry 3;

Why is Max a hack? For reporting what the situation is?

You're a typical reality challenged Repuke. There are 6 agents for 24 counties. You want more? Then dig in your wallet to pay for it you stupid SOB.

Hey, dufus. He's a hack because there is a limited supply of ATF and DEA agents, so they rely on local police who are specially trained to work with them. Max knows this, but he's playing dumb because this is an effective practice that he doesn't want to be used or to see Asa get credit for.
