If you're hanging around the house today -- and judging by the traffic downtown, lots of people are -- you can tune into Channel 7's Good Morning Arkansas between 9:30 and 10 a.m. this morning to catch our Jim Harris running down some hot spots for New Year's Eve celebrating.
