Dancing in the streets

Given the interest in the recent post about the first dance at John Brown University in Siloam Springs, I think readers will enjoy a further post on the potential perils of dancing. Robert Randolph and the Family Band played at Harding University last Friday and the crowd simply couldn't stay in the seats.

And then security couldn't stay in their seats what with trying to curb those krazy kids. Stewart Deere earlier wrote about this action for our Little Rocking Blog.

Some good Harding student commentary can be found  on the excellent blog maintained by Harding University poli/sci teacher Mark Elrod. And you can click on YouTube for the video:

Make a joyful noise, Harding Kids!

Sounds like the Taliban is alive and well in White County. There is always an excuse to require order. Maybe some of the people there just wanted to dance with the devil.

Oh No ! Next thing you know they gonna be teaching Samuelson's economics, reading John K. Galbraith's books. Wonder what Ken Starr would say?

it is only appropriate that randolph started out as a gospel player and singer. anyone that can get pretty girls dancing that much is a positive influence to me.

I bet it looked like the vertical sex act to the administration. Party on.....

do you think that "Family Band" bit threw the morality nazis off at first?

Oh, c'mon. I think those kids were just dancin' cause they was filled with the spirit!!!

Way to go Harding! Wish I had been there.....

And why can't the UA get Robert Randolph?

Warwick, you need dancing girls on your videos, too. There's bound to be some at the Capitol, right?

Ohmagod! What will happen to America if all the young'uns start dancing? Guilty feet have got no rhythm, George Michael, chapter 2, verses 3-5.

I really think all these Christian kids suddenly dancing in such dance-less havens like JBU & Harding is due to secret messages sent out by Falwell and his ilk to quietly increase the Christian birth rate.

Seeing the Duggars on TV all the time probably made them realize the safety in numbers.....large numbers...vast numbers. Those numbers will only start showing up if more young Christian women adopt Michelle Duggars as their role model.

How do ya sex up the female students at JBU & Harding......DANCING! Once you get their slim fertile pelvises rocking back and forth.....conception is just a hip hop CD away.

If we let these JBU & Harding girls start squirting out kids 8, 11, 17 at a time in 2 or 3 generations every citizen of the world will wake up at 6 am, start mandatory Bible study at 6:45 and attend church services for the rest of the day.

Only young well formed Christian believers will be allowed to retire to the bedroom and after much prayer begin wild, hot, naked, monkey sex for creation purposes only.

The rest of us will be forced to stay in the church service until time for a quick dinner of loaves and fishes and then off to bed....twin beds...with bed rails...and cameras to make sure no funny business pops up during the night.

And all this because they're dancing at JBU! Oh sweet Allah....we're in trouble now!

Well I never thought I'd see that much fun at Harding...didn't think it was possible. But I'm glad; maybe there's hope.

I'm sure liking this new-fangled YouTube!
