What goes around comes around

Time DOES wound all heels. The former high sheriff and congressman Tommy Robinson -- and his lawyer, former state Sen. Bill Lewellen -- were led out of the Helena-West Helena federal bankrutpcy court in handcuffs yesterday for contempt of court for violating a restraining order in  Robinson's bankruptcy case.

Said Judge James Mixon, in a quote in the Democrat-Gazette that could apply thematically to Robinson's entire public career: .

“Mr. Robinson is in a state of denial about the outcome of this litigation that’s been going on and on and on and on,” Mixon said.

“It’s not like he hasn’t had his day in court — in state court, in this court, federal district court. He’s had numerous opportunities to present every facet of all these complicated issues,” Mixon said

I'm just shaking my head...

Most people I know, if offered an opportunity to enter into a business deal with Tommy Robinson, with Bill Lewellen as his attorney, would flee. So, it's difficult to generate much compassion for the people who will lose money because they willingly entered into a deal with TR.

Tommy Robinson represented by Bill Lewellen? Dear Sweet Jesus, what a pair....think of all they must have to plan and dream about. They will be cellmates, won't they?

I hope Bill Beaumont, if he is still alive in Texas or wherever, got this news. TR arrested the Pulaski County Judge and his comptroller and hauled them away in handcuffs in front of cameras because they would not cover his deficits 25 years ago. Good for you Judge Mixon.
