Waltons take a licking

It's not over until it's over, but the Waltons' charter school bill was defeated in the House today, 43-49. There'll be another run.

What's that song? "In our hands their rests a power greater than their hoarded gold."

Greater than the might of lobbyists magnified a thousand fold.
