BEEBE NEWS RELEASE
Governor Mike Beebe will be in Marion on Thursday, May 31, for two events.
First, Governor Beebe will present an Arkansas Community of Excellence Award to the City of Marion.
Time: 2:15 p.m.
Location: The Cedars at Marion, 200 Washington, Marion
Then, Governor Beebe will tour Hino Motors Manufacturing USA to commemorate the shipment of the 100,000th axle produced at the Marion plant. An economic-development announcement will follow the tour.
Media will not be able to participate in the tour, but Governor Beebe and company officials will be available immediately following the tour to make the announcement and answer questions.
