Legal filings

The Arkansas Supreme Court today granted the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette's request to unseal the briefs in the appeal of the FOI case over Pulaski County e-mails. They'd been routinely sealed by the clerk because they included some of the material being contested. That material will remain sealed.

Also in the legal realm, if unrelated, is the ACLU's response to the state's motion to dismiss the lawsuit attempting to open the full execution process to public view.
