Nice day for football

That All American Football League will have football players in for tryouts from 9 to 4:30 Saturday at War Memorial Stadium, home field for an Arkansas team scheduled to play next spring. Release says UA, ASU, UCA and other former Arkansas college players have been invited, including from "Arkansas Little Rock." The ghost of Jimmy Karam, I guess.

With free bbq for fans, according to the AAFL.

Might make for interesting football. There were some very good D2 players from Arkansas from the past few years, along with some good D1 talent left over from some of the other leagues.
