Duh
They're saying Mike Huckabee has taken a risky position with a speech ripping Bush's foreign policy. I don't think so. The people left solidly in Bush's corner are, exactly, who?

I'm almost always wrong when it comes to who might win this or that in an election. But I'm starting to think Huckabee may end up being the Republican Vice Presidential candidate.
Any ideas?

Hmmm, that's a good one. The flat earthers are there, the know nothings, those who'd eat dog food while sending Rev Pat their last buck, the war profiteers of course. And uh, I guess the pure dee idiots.
Is that 28%?

spunkrat, I think Huckabee has been aiming high all this time just to get the second spot on the ticket. It worked for him in Arkansas.
That's the best thing his speechwriters have ever milled out. I might secretly get a little nervous if the Huckster started sprinkling good sense into his rhetoric.
Not to worry too much, though. It doesn't really matter who's on the Republic ticket this time.

Yeah, number two is not so hot when there's no number one (no puns intended).
