Stinking up Justice

Asa! doesn't appear on what Roll Call thinks is the short list for attorney general to succeed the Gonzo Torturer. Frankly, Hutchinson might be better than some of these. You got uber partisan Ted Olson, David Hale's legal protector. You got Judge Laurence Silberman, a Kenneth Starr enabler and Iran-Contra whitewasher. It might make us nostalgic for Gonzo.

Bushco assault on Justice continues.. Ted "Arkansas Project" Olsen... I'll bet Mark Pryor will just think that idea is so reasonable.

And Silberman needs to stay on the DC Circuit Court until we change administrations.. It's is compromised enough and way to important..

I would like to see James Comey nominated since he is a Republican who stood up against Bush and Gonzo at Ashcrofts hospital bedside. Comey could actually begin restoration of much gone awry and time is of the essence, imo. Budgets have been wiped out crucial investigations are being shut down.. Even congressional oversight is being blocked by those who took an oath to the President err I mean Constitution.

I guess we are supposed to be relieved Bush didn't nominate Orrin Hatch or Joe Lieberman, yet.

I think Timmy Griffin out to quit his new job with "The Notorious FDT" (hat tip to Nicole Belle) and give Justice one more try...

Go Timmy Go!!!!
