So ok, I tend to see the boogeyman everywhere, especially in the Bush White House, but is there the potential of political dirty dealing here? Say the White House allows release of something that shows Miz Hillary in a bad light, but not something which might ameliorate the impression? Ya think?

Considering the recent ruling this is mow inevitable.. Hello? Of course a politician like Slick will be for positive framing of something he can no longer hold back.
However this ruling will also make all of Bush Sr's presidential records and Bush Jr Governor records which are being stored in Sr's library, available as well..

once again BC lives up to his nickname, and this one may be the slickest ever (and that's sayin' something)
humble, sunshine/transparency assertions, in that 'aw-shucks' manner (doncha know he resurrected his drawl for this one)
all the while knowing full well that only the mildly embarrassing will ever see the light of day (and that will appear when they need to distract from something worse)
nothing crippling, that hasn't already been destroyed, classified, or 'liberated', will be made public until today's teenagers are grandparents.
H.L. Mencken taught me to admire "competence" in all it's forms, and this is surely one.
Bravo Bill, bravo !

p.s. from the article's LAST paragraph,
Ms. Robison said the Clinton Library has 287 pending public records requests, which will require processing of a staggering 10.5 million pages of material. Six employees currently perform that task, she said.
