Photo rule in abeyance

Lawyer John Tull messages regarding the Arkansas Press Association's threat to sue the Arkansas Activities Association over its policy to exert a copyright over photography at athletic events:

Today the AAA agreed not to enforce their” Media Credential Policy” until December 1, 2007 to give the attorneys for the interested parties the opportunity to meet and attempt to work out a compromise.
