You want polls?
NY Times has done a bunch in Iowa and New Hampshire. Bottom line: Who knows. But, yes, in Iowa, the man from Hope is doing well.

It seems as though the arkansas gop horse in the pres race has a well viewed video of his begging for tax increase that was mentioned on this site before.
but it is the top 4 most watched video of the day on youtube. bet that doesnt make him smile much, eh?

Per TalkingPointsMemo, Majority Of Iowa Republicans Favors Withdrawal From Iraq In Six Months. Wouldn't this suggest the only Republican with a chance would be Ron Paul? (at my blue name)

the poll numbers i find most interesting are the undecideds and the not-fully decideds, which comprise somewhere between half and four/fifths of "likely" voters, along with the large plurality who've yet to begin paying attention to politics (bless their hearts)
all of which suggests to me that there will be some "surprises" in January.
my best guess is that one of those "surprises" will be the larger-than-expected margin of victory by HRC. (an amalgamation of the efficacy of her campaign, voters longing for 'restoration', and the self-interest of wanting to stop the squabbling asap)
i see the DEM nomination sown up by Valentine's Day and the GOP's by St. Patrick's Day.
then the "real" fun will begin.
