Tough on crime

What must the law-and-order crowd in Benton County think of this apparent plea bargain accepted by Circuit Judge Tom Keith? A 21-year-old thug with a record that includes a previous rape of a minor and a robbery and assault gets PROBATION for sexually assaulting yet another minor (15 years old)?

More details needed than this story supplies. But it sounds outrageous. Ms. Prosecutor?

Perhaps this reflects Benton County's openness to child brides?

Comments

Did this guy use the Hillary defense and attack the veracity of the minor girl in question?

White and probably connected - do you think if this kids name was Hernandez or Rodriguez he'd still be walking the streets?

Same problem as with most laws-penalties are not enforced

Keith (and the punk) MUST be a Baptist!! If women don't count, what chance do girls have?
