Unfit for a day

We know you're not always glommed on to the Arkansas Blog. Sometimes you're out getting your heart rate up. On Saturday, however, you'll have to take it outdoors. The Jim Dailey Fitness Center in War Memorial Park will be closed for maintenance and new equipment installation.

Darn, we were going to start that exercise regimen we've been putting off ... we'll have to wait until 1 p.m. Sunday, when the fitness center will reopen.

Comments

Good! I am glad they are updating.
The fitness center is decent and now should be much better.
IMHO, it is a better fitness center than any of the high priced fitness centers that I have visited in the past.

My fitness center is always open and I can use it on the go

There's always University Mall -- oh, wait, no, there's not.

There's always Park Plaza.
