Another setback for immigrant bashers

Attorney General Dustin McDaniel has again rejected the form of a proposed intiated act to prohibit certain public benefits for people not in the country legally. Among other criticisms, McDaniel said the ballot title was too long and complicated.

I have a ballot title that will surely please Billary and cut to the quick on the ballot issue.

..............AN INITIATED ACT TO STARVE CHILDREN AND LET THEM DIE......................

Grrrrrrr....this makes Brandon Woodrome ANGRY!!1!1!!!

When is the deadline for re filing this pos?
.

So, you are saying that the only illegal immigrants in Arkansas are children?

Good Lord! Where are their parents? Did we deport them all, or do you employ them to blog for you?

This should never ever have to put to a vote. Those illegals have no right to be here.
I think the AG is a jackass and shouldn't be in that office.

chasv,
I'm certain the Cherokee, Choctaw, Sioux, Mohawk, Chinooks, Sacajawea, and other native cultures would agree with you 100%. Send all them damn emergrints back and their chillin, grandchillin, great-grand chillin and great-great-great grandchillin too! And them other natives, the Mexicans who once owned Texas, New Mexico and California would want all them emergrints tossed off their lands too!

Soooo, are you a sovereignty basher?

Lwood I have native blood in me as many other people do and I think you are cutting your nose off inspite of your face, dude.

Soooo, are you a sovereignty basher?<,

Let me guess. Manifest Destiny = sovereignty.

Save for New York-Long Island and a few places in New England the natives were systemically murdered for their land. In Arkansas about 20,000 of them were killed by Missionaries using typhoid infected blankets.

When one culture conquers another it is usually by sheer numbers which is what White European immigrants did to Native Americans and native Mexicans. Now the tables are turning but not by sheer
numbers but by economic dominance from the upper classes of American Industry who want as much low cost labor as they can get. If there was ever a nation where the economic elites get what they want it's the U.S.A.
See the Enclosure Movement. Now it is middle and low income Americans who are being herded out of a way of life. Enjoy. Support Bush and Cheney. Support Pryor. Retain Boozman.

Lwood I have native blood in me as many other people do and I think you are cutting your nose off inspite of your face, dude<<<

Chasv-
You and many others on here, all in fact, also have a 98% DNA match with chimps. You can choose to act out that other 2% or....

Suggested new title:

Millions of Sand people dead and wounded ain't enough.. Tar and Feather your neighbors too!

ot

Torture Locally, Bomb Globally

or

Christians FOR Child Abuse

Ok, apparently ArkRed would prefer the title:

"AN INITIATED ACT TO STARVE ALL BROWN-SKINNED PEOPLE WHO CAME HERE JUST LIKE OUR ANSCESTORS DID, AND BE DISCRIMINATED AGAINST JUST LIKE OUR ANSCESTORS DID, AND IGNORE THE FACT THAT THE PROCESS OF IMMIGRATING LEGALLY HAS BECOME SO OVERBEARING THAT IT IS TOO UNAFFORDABLE, TOO COMPLEX, AND TAKES YEARS, IF NOT DECADES, IN ORDER TO CONTINUE THE TIME-HONORED AMERICAN TRADITION OF MIDDLE-CLASS WHITE PROTESTANTS GANGING UP ON THE LATEST INFLUX OF IMMIGRANTS - MUCH WE DID TO THE THE SCOTTISH, IRISH, CHINESE, GERMANS, ITALIANS, AND SWEDES - AND LET THEM DIE"

Are they immigrant bashers or illegal immigrant bashers? I'm confused by the title's wording.

Lwood you baboon, you know damn well monkeys are nt native to america.... My grandmother was half indian...

So you think we just continue to let everyone in who can..."just cross over?"
Can't we come up with some sane way to deal with this problem?? As it is...we have people driving with no liscense and no car insurance and lets not forget health insurance, how much longer can we expect our hospitals all over the U.S. to care for these uninsured, at least if you are a citizen you can get SSI or SSDI...don't be illegal and need kidney dialysis or any kind of transplant or ongoing chronic care.

I have friends in Europe who would like to immigrate to the US but can't. They are abiding by immigration laws and see illegal immigration differently that many of us. We need to allow more legal immigration instead of allowing illegal immigration.

When will people realize that every time someone moves to this country to work, they are not just taking a job from someone. They are also becoming part of our economy and consuming goods which adds jobs. Immigration is good for the economy, BUT it needs to be done legally. If you can't follow the law, you have no business being here.

To prove my point about immigration being an economic boon think about this. How many cities or states try to stop more people from moving to their town? Can you imagine if Arkansas were to tell people in the other 49 states that they couldn't move here because they'd take jobs from Arkansans?

Think people....THINK

Chasv, in the immortal words of someone whom I believe you to be personally quite fond of (Dick Cheny), "go f... yourself!"

Obe, old blue eye, You go do the same. Dick Cheney is nothing to me.
Immigration is NOT good for anything. What the problem is too many of you, Americans, are too educated to do any real work!
Computers wil be the end of us all. We can't make anything or do anything without a computer anymore.
