Have you seen Baracky--The Movie?

Thank you hugh...

I will rest easy tonight my friend...

If you ever crossed the Beaver wooden bridge over the white river / table rock lake just a few miles outside of Eureka Springs.. the photo at my name is what it looked like a week ago... and it's been raining cats and dogs all for the better part of the day.. This could get real interesting up here and much worse *again* for those living downstream.

Thanks E.S. Those shots remind me of Cotter, AR back in the days before the Corps dammed the White River. I've crossed that old wooden suspension bridge a few times on foggy nights. I honked about
once every 2 seconds. I suppose the homes up above the shoreline are gone. Is the Beaver Store still in place?

A lot of houses are gone, but not in Beaver town proper that I am aware of.. The store is still standing but I couldn't quite make out whether or not they took on water. Just hope this doesn't end the fight for Carroll County citizens who do not want AR highway Dept to replace the wooden bridge with a wide paved job.

That bridge is just a few miles below Beaver Dam. So much for flood control....

What's the deal with the lawsuit between the cop and the $500,000.00 would be rewarder?? Anybody have details of the suit??

Bipartisan virtue

Extremism in support of private insurers is no virtue, and President Bush was defiantly unvirtuous in resisting a Medicare bill that preserves and strengthens government-funded health care for elderly Americans. /more/
