D is for deadbeat

A subdivision that went belly up was at the root, Sen. Dave Bisbee says, in his failure to pay his property taxes on time. Having the shorts perhaps explains why the Bisbee family isn't inclined to call for an end to lobbyist entertainment of legislators.

I'm surprised the story is even printed on page 5 in The Morning Republican Rag. However, in the NWA print edition they have the headline "BEEBE Explains Taxes." When a copy editor can't catch a glaring headline mistake then someone is overworked, incompetent, or short staffed.
