Dennis the Menace
NEWS RELEASE
LITTLE ROCK, AR – Republican Party of Arkansas Chairman Dennis Milligan released the following statement today:
“Senator Obama’s condescending comments to a group of wealthy, elitist Democrat donors last week directly reveal the Senator’s opinion about millions of Americans. Arkansas is a state whose backbone is comprised of small towns and rural voters and these comments demonstrate just how out of touch he is with the lives of Arkansans. Even this morning, Senator Obama apologized for his wording, yet stood by his remarks, fortifying the fact that he believes that people vote their values only out of bitterness, anger, and frustration. It is incomprehensible that Senator Obama would make the elitist comment that people value their Second Amendment rights only out of bitterness, anger and frustration. The remarks that people can only be of deep faith because they are bitter, angry and frustrated is a direct slap in the face to the citizens of Arkansas who are the heart and soul of this state due to their deep faith and beliefs. Having met Arkansans from various locations and backgrounds, I know that the values and faith of the residents of this state have a meaning far beyond the result of bitterness or frustration.”
Background:
On April 6th In San Francisco, Senator Obama Said: "You go into these small towns in Pennsylvania and, like a lot of small towns in the Midwest, the jobs have been gone now for 25 years and nothing's replaced them. … And they fell through the Clinton administration, and the Bush administration, and each successive administration has said that somehow these communities are gonna regenerate and they have not. And it's not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations."

Because Max doesn't resort to cutting and pasting.
Hell, you should be proud. Obama's elitist comments are giving an opening to The Iron Lady of Tuzla/Great White Hunter.
By the way, have you started to comb your files for any pictures of her in a east Arkansas duckblind?

If her daddy taught her how to shoot, there should not have been any problem joining the Corps.
After all, every Marine is a Rifleman.
It's 3 a.m. ... the phone is ringing... and ringing... and ringing....
Hillary is not answering, 'cause she's headed to the duck blind - and she's got a flask of Crown Royal.

I think you're thinking of Darth Cheney and the quail "fish barrel", but you've got the Crown right.

Wait! Wait! These words of wisdom are from the leader of the Party who couldn't manage to field any candidates this time around? Boozman doesn't count, he's a stalagmite just standing there.
I learned a few weeks after Bush stole office that anyone who uses the word elite or elitist more often then every 1250 words is a Republican lying to your face. We got us some elite here in Arkansas, but for the most part they don't cause anyone any trouble. It's people like ole purty hair Milligan who secretly think they're of the elite class, but still use it like it's a dirty word.
The good news is that no one pays a damn bit of attention to what Dennis Milligan says. He can talk in tongues and no one will notice. The word elite in any form is a Republican code word, don't fall for their tricks even when they're hatched by creeps far more talented than Mr. Milligan.

Why should he care as long as somebody else is doing the dying, somebody else's family does the coping and somebody else digs through the rubble and puts the pieces back together? He can sit back and enjoy the show.
Actually we should thank him for publicly outed himself as a certified idiot so we know what we're dealing with.
I'm not sure just now paying the economic price for 9/11. Maybe we postponed the aftershock in a various ways and now the chickens are coming room to roost.
