In the wake of the DISASTROUS Basra "operation" by Maliki & "Iraqi forces," which failed miserably, including over 1,000 defectors who refused to fight fellow Shia's, I JUST heard him say (I THINK it was on NBC news W/Lester Holt tonight) "I am convinced there is significant progress in Iraq - there is a government that is actually governing, and the Iraqi Army is doing a fine job." Robert Klein describes him as "doddering;" I'm sticking with that...

Alzheimer's!!! He just needs to keep up his delusional babbling, and the Dem pissing match won't matter - UNLESS he can "convince" the faux Patriots to line up...again - based upon lapel pins and important stuff like that.
