Bushs***
Bush has provoked a political firestorm by saying in Israel those who want to meet with "terrorists and radicals" are like those who tried to appease Nazis. He didn't name names or specifics, but the remark has been widely interpreted as a slam on Barack Obama, who reacted angrily.
Joe Biden responds appropriately.
“This is bullshit. This is malarkey. This is outrageous. Outrageous for the president of the United States to go to a foreign country, sit in the Knesset…and make this kind of ridiculous statement,” Biden said angrily in a brief interview just off the Senate floor.
“He’s the guy who’s weakened us. He’s the guy that’s increased the number of terrorists in the world. His policies have produced this vulnerability the United States has. His intelligence community pointed that out not me. The NIE has pointed that out and what are you talking about, is he going to fire Condi Rice? Condi Rice has talked about the need to sit down. So his first two appeasers are Rice and Gates. I hope he comes home and does something.”

Bush gives the word stupid all new meaning. Just when you think he's content to sit quietly by and let these last months fly by so he can go back to Crawford and cut brush, he steps in another pile of stink. The Republican Party needs to put a muzzle on the resident knuckle dragger before he makes McCain's run even less meaningful.

Tell me please, what makes you all think that another president in the white house will end the war in Iraq, or the coming war in Iran, or North Korea? It saddens me but this war I fear this war will continue and it will grow.

Click the name and see how many times Bush is so stupid he doesn't know to STFU! And congratulations to Joe Biden for using the correct, though impolite words to be applied to Bush. However, you can't call his 8 years in office bullshit. Bullshit is much too nice a term for the criminal killing machine known as the Bush administration! America cannot recover without full scale war crime trials for most of the members of the Bush administration in 2009. Those convicted should be publicly executed so like the holocaust, this will never happen again.

You go, Dubya! Show the idiots that have supported and apologized for you for eight years just exactly what you are that was so carefully hidden.
249 days to the end of an error.
And Wes, Bush has already lost his war in Iraq and Afghanistan.
von Clausewitz ". . . war is merely an act of state policy brought forth to achieve a political aim . . .".
Bush's political aim was achieved . . . re-election. But the lack of a goal for the policies of the United States has lost any hope of gain and a lot of influence.
There is nothing for a succeeding President to gain by continuing the occupation and civil war except continual U.S. servicepeople's attrition, continual U.S. debt doubling and tripling, continuing a situation where short of nuclear bombing our current military forces can not deal with any more or other problems around the world and we are militarily hamstrung and vulnerable to invasion. Bush characterizes anyone who doesn't continue his policies as an "appeaser," when George Bush's war of aimless retribution gave away U.S. power and leadership in the world and Middleast much quicker and more surely than Chamberlain's ceding of the Sudetenland affected Great Britain's world power and leadership.
It will be many decades before the U.S. regains the safety, the influence it once had on the world stage and in the Middle-East and maybe never will regain the affluence Bush squandered by neglect.
We don't know, Wes. We hope. We remember what a competent executive in the White House can do.

in what is becoming an ever more common practice, idiot/asshole politician says three absolutely idiotic/disgusting/wrong/deceptive (or some combination) things and the media goes apeshit over ONE of them, leaving the others almost unmentioned. (NY TIMES .. i mean YOU)
today's examples ?
Bush says nuclear Iran would be 'unforgivable'
JERUSALEM (AFP) - US President George W. Bush warned on Thursday that allowing Iran to obtain a atomic bomb would be "an unforgivable betrayal" as he made his second visit to Israel in five months.
"Permitting the world's leading sponsor of terror to possess the world's deadliest weapon would be an unforgivable betrayal of future generations," Bush told the Israeli parliament.
... W is going to define for US & the World what constitutes an "unforgivable betrayal of future generations" ???
and this one from Haaretz...
Bush: Hezbollah, Hamas, Al-Qaida are all the same
By Yair Ettinger
U.S. President George Bush said during a closed working meeting between the American and Israeli teams that there is no difference between Hamas, Hezbollah and Al-Qaida.
.....Yep that's W alright, i remember very well those elections that Al-Qaida won ???
as for the Obama slam, that wasn't a slam on Obama because of "plausible deniability", well.. it probably helped Obama to be criticized by W (along with his 28% approval rating and falling) but the corporate media dutifully neglects to point out that W's administration IS TALKING TO NORTH KOREA (and for a damn good reason btw) and "worse" is BARGAINING WITH MR. KIM JONG-IL (and somehow THAT doesn't constitute APPEASEMENT?)

Can Joe Biden recognize bullshit--
The 1972 U.S. Senate election presented Biden with a unique opportunity. Popular Republican incumbent Senator J. Caleb Boggs was considering retirement, which would likely have left U.S. Representative Pete du Pont and Wilmington Mayor Harry G. Haskell, Jr. in a divisive primary fight. To avoid that, U.S. President Richard M. Nixon was invited to a meeting to convince Boggs to run again with full Republican support. Boggs ran, but Biden eventually won.[8]
Biden took office on January 3, 1973, at age 30, becoming the fifth-youngest U.S. Senator in United States history"
He's watched the lies and bullshit of Nixon, Ford, Carter, Raygun, BushI, Clinton, Bush II, so yes , he can recognize BS when he sees it.

Oh Large and his large print....such a waste of land, air, food, and water. If I'm Caligula why am I snot having sex? Must study up on that one. George W. Bush had better buddy up all he can with Israel because after he gets out of office he's going to need a good safe place to live in exile. I got a 5 mile an hour bumper on my old Ford with his name on it if he ever dares walk the streets of Fort Baptist. I've spent 21 years taking care of my kids and it makes me have hostile feelings toward those whose actions may cause a lifetime of misery for my kids. I feel towards Cheney-Bush like I to towards all rapists and killers. I'd SO whip a citizen's arrest on either of them if I ever find them in my yard. I don't hate them personally....I hate them as enemies of my country.
We should get Congress to move up Inauguration Day to November 5th this year. We've moved it before...for the sake of the whole world we need to move it again. Get them nasty FK'ers out of office so we can toss them into a court of law and get on with some old style US justice....you all remember when we had justice in America, don't you? Well...it's high time we have it again.
It's us against them and fortunately folks like LargeAss are dwindling down to just a handful. Ain't no one going to be voting for McCain but his family members, assorted Bush buddies from Saudi Arabia, and a couple of thousand nuts like Brother Large. You can bet the farm the next President will be a Democrat....and here's the fun part....they'll either be BLACK or FEMALE! Oh Large's worst nightmare is coming true! So put up the force fields around Obama and Clinton...the bullets will probably be flying and the only way one of them will not be smiling out the White House window is if the Limbaugh Legion of Killers get a good shot at em. Now what is wrong with just saying this.
CiCi, to be honest, I agree with you. Maybe not for the same reasons that you have; but I do agree with you. This war is nothing more than a means to and end. And I do not believe any one that is currently running for office in our government will do any thing to stop it extricate us as you say from it. As of now we have the strongest and best military in the world (IMO); and (again IMO) our military is the only thing that is keeping the UN from total world domination. So what better way to weaken us than to involve on too many fronts? Why do you think the UN is so interested in disarming the populace of the U.S.? And if you think this is not important; then when was the last successful invasion of Switzerland? Yeah; we have the National Guard, but where are they now? The U.S. military has become the UN's police force. Remember the words of Lawrence Chamberlain (I think the spelling is right) "an army is nothing more than a tool for coercion." The UN is using our people to force the world to bend to their rule while hoping to deplete our ability to defend ourselves. And whether it be Democrat or Republican the only thing that is keeping them from giving in completely to the UN's desire is u.s. (pun intended)
Call me a consperacy nut if you like, I have been called while I was in the Marines. But (and I truly hope you can), prove me wrong.

Wes, it's hard to know whether or not to take you seriously. I don't understand how anyone could think the UN is in charge of anything or masterminding anything. You think the US is bending to the will of the UN, but in reality (yes, there is a reality), it is the US that uses the UN when it can and when it can't it ignores it and does as it pleases. I would think if the UN were strong enough to force us to do anything, they might just stomp the poop out of us for our distructive ways and snot nosed impudence. I heard there were people out there who thought the UN was flying over in black helicopters and doing God knows what to us, but I hope you aren't one of those.......

In my own defense My answer is long. I do apologize.
"I don't understand how anyone could think the UN is in charge of anything"
The Desertification Treaty claims jurisdiction over 70% of the earth's land area -- virtually all of the land that is not covered by the Convention on Biological Diversity. Moreover, this new treaty creates a structure through which all other environmental treaties are supposed to be integrated under a common United Nations implementation regime. A companion treaty is now being developed by the U.N. Commission on Water for the 21st Century. The United Nations is, in fact, creating the structure in international law and, through its extensive bureaucracies, to control the use of all natural resources on earth.
The U.S. Senate ratified the treaty on October 18, 2000 -- whether or not it knew what it was doing. On November 17, the Clinton administration delivered the ratification documents to the United Nations. The United States is now bound by the international law that claims the power to dictate land use in 70% of the earth's land.
http://www.rense.com/general6/ussenategives.htm
This law has already been passed and ratified.
Via Four Winds: Obama's bill S2433 would require the U.S. to initially direct .7 percent of our GNP into the United Nations coffers for distribution as they see fit, for "food" to third world nations. Under earlier agreements this would evolve into a national tax on the U.S. with the UN attempting to levy this on all first world nations.
The U.N. would have the power to increase this rate of taxation.
The U.S. would be required to surrender some of its sovereignty over foreign aid by putting it under UN control. The bill would force the U.S. to sign onto the U.N.'s Millennium Declaration, which would commit us not only to "banning small arms and light weapons" but also to adhere to the International Criminal Court Treaty and the Kyoto Protocol.
http://mypetjawa.mu.nu/archives/192667.php
also
http://www.cfif.org/htdocs/freedomline/un_monitor/in_our_opinion/global_taxes.htm
This law is still pending.
I heard there were people out there who thought the UN was flying over in black helicopters and doing God knows what to us, but I hope you aren't one of those.
As for black choppers, white choppers. That means nothing to me. Personally, I like Olive drab with a mini gun on the side. 20MM mini gun. :D
The U.S. is the worlds greatest debtor there are rumors and some articles that the Global bank is using this to force our compliancy in certain matters. I do know that since the early 1900's the federal reserve bank has been sending american gold to european especially german banks.
"On April 27, 1932, the Fed outfit sent $750,000 belonging to American bank depositors in gold to Germany. A week later another $300,000 in gold was shipped to Germany. About the middle of May $12,000,000 in gold was shipped to Germany by the Fed. Almost every week there is a shipment of gold to Germany. These shipments are not made for profit on the exchange since the German marks are blow parity with the dollar."
http://fly.hiwaay.net/~becraft/mcfadden.html
Has this been stopped? I have found no evidence to show that it has.
Does the UN have power over the people of the U.S.? Who controls the global or international court system?
Right now these things may seem to be minor; but who is to say what tomorrow will bring? And just to remind you I am a big believer in Biblical prophecy. One World Government; without the people of the U.S. it would come a lot sooner than one thinks.
The Role of Risk Analysis in the Protection of Critical Infrastructures Against Terrorism. By: Haimes, Yacov Y.; Longstaff, Thomas. Risk Analysis: An International Journal, Jun2002, Vol. 22 Issue 3, p439-444, 6p; Abstract: This article discusses the role of risk analysis in the protection of critical infrastructures against terrorism. The infrastructure systems commonly exhibit several characteristics. They are invariably large-scale dynamic systems of systems with numerous components, they are nonlinear, and they are spatially distributed with multiple agents/decisionmakers. They incorporate multiple government agencies and corporate divisions with different missions, resources, timetables, and agendas, as well as multiple constituencies. By its nature, the process of quantitative risk modeling, assessment, and management is an amalgamation of art and science. The risk of terrorist attacks on critical infrastructures is tangible, but until September 11, 2001, it had been seemingly invisible to the public as well as to many policymakers. This is despite the findings of several government commissions and the publication of numerous articles on such impending risk. The article also provided a brief summary of U.S. government studies on terrorism since 1996. U.S. President Bill Clinton's Executive Order 13010, issued on July 15, 1996, established the President's Commission on Critical Infrastructure Protection in order to develop a national strategy for protecting the nation's infrastructures from various threats, and to assure their continued operation.

Right, right and right. Now that we have broken down the problem.
1. There will be no war in NK.
2. There will be no war in Iran because the military will not be duped again soon and can not start another one.
3. The war in Iraq is slowing and we may be there a long time but we do not have the will or money to make to grow.
There is always a grain of truth in there some where but it sure is hard to cut through the all the cr*p..

My biggest worry is that both the Democrats and the Republicans have the idea that we MUST have all the oil in the Middle East to survive. If they think that way....it would explain why the Democrats bitch all the time about the war, yet never do anything but give Bush more money to fight it.
I say we take all of 2009 preparing to stop importing oil....get a bunker mentality, get prepared for the worse, lay plans to live thru it and on January 1st, 2010 give the middle finger to everyone not on the North American continent and go on a low oil diet. It's got to happen some day and the longer we put it off the more blood will be shed between now and then. America the junkie is too sad to watch for the rest of my life. There is S2433 introduced and sponsored by BHO, "Global Poverty Act of 2007." There are several senators supporting it. The House Ver., H.R. 1302: Global Poverty Act of 2007, has passed the House.
Here are the provisions of S2433:
Global Poverty Act of 2007 - Directs the President, through the Secretary of State, to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to further the U.S. foreign policy objective of promoting the reduction of global poverty, the elimination of extreme global poverty, and the achievement of the United Nations Millennium Development Goal of reducing by one-half the proportion of people, between 1990 and 2015, who live on less than $1 per day.
Requires the strategy to contain specific and measurable goals and to consist of specified components, including: (1) continued investment or involvement in existing U.S. initiatives related to international poverty reduction and trade preference programs for developing countries; (2) improving the effectiveness of development assistance and making available additional overall United States assistance levels as appropriate; (3) enhancing and expanding debt relief as appropriate; (4) mobilizing and leveraging the participation of businesses and public-private partnerships; (5) coordinating the goal of poverty reduction with other internationally recognized Millennium Development Goals; and (6) integrating principles of sustainable development and entrepreneurship into policies and programs.

And I also said that these issues that are law now and those that are being worked on at this time are minor. But they are laws that are out side our control and yet are being put upon us. And as I have said because I believe in biblical prophecy I belive these laws will get worse. Notice that one law I cited even said that the UN could raise the level of taxes at their will. CiCi; I believe this to be said out of honest concern and I do appreciate it. I am not worried personaly of the future, I am preparing for it. The reason I am here on this board today I do not feel is by chance. Now L. Wood seems to have a problem with snakes; me? If you season them right they cook up rather well.
As of the 1980's Our government stopped storing grain for anytime past 1 year, after that it is disposed of. Speaking to some farmers in this area (And L. Wood this is a personal experience) I was told that all the corn that was grown last year was to be destroyed. Why? I don't know and they did not either. In some stores here you are limited to the amount of rice you can buy. Why? Again, who knows?
No CiCi; I am not worried for my own future or that of my families or that of my church. Sense we do not believe in the rapture we feel we must prepare our selves for this future. Now please tell me what kind of Light would I be if I did not warn others? If they accpet it well praise the LORD. If not I can still praise the LORD.

Phaedrus
1. There will be no war in NK.
2. There will be no war in Iran because the military will not be duped again soon and can not start another one.
3. The war in Iraq is slowing and we may be there a long time but we do not have the will or money to make to grow.
I hope you are right. But only time will tell.

Let's do it while I can still walk!
Check out hydrogen as an alternative fuel on the net.

>>And just to remind you I am a big believer in Biblical prophecy.<<
You been talking to snakes lately?
Requires the strategy to contain specific and measurable goals and to consist of specified components, including: (1) continued investment or involvement in existing U.S. initiatives related to international poverty reduction and trade preference programs for developing countries; (2) improving the effectiveness of development assistance and making available additional overall United States assistance levels as appropriate; (3) enhancing and expanding debt relief as appropriate; (4) mobilizing and leveraging the participation of businesses and public-private partnerships; (5) coordinating the goal of poverty reduction with other internationally recognized Millennium Development Goals; and (6) integrating principles of sustainable development and entrepreneurship into policies and programs.
blue name.
There is no mention of arms confiscation .
U.N. Millennium Development Goals (8) can be found here:

Did you see this L. Wood or are you just using sight that cater to your opinion?

Obama has authored a bill (S. 2433, The Global Poverty Act), where it is now in the Senate, to give the United Nations .7% of our GNP to be used to feed hungry across the globe.
In addition, this will allow the United Nations to use force to disarm you, me, our parents, friends, and all gun owners.
Obama's bill S2433 would require the U.S. to initially direct .7 percent of our GNP into the United Nations coffers for distribution as they see fit, for "food" to third world nations.
This is creeping internationalism and none of the major news networks is talking about it.
Yes this is just another forum like the one we using at this time, but at least I think it good to view both sides of an issue.

Wes, hydrogen doesn't just bubble out of the ground. It's a storage mechanism for energy, which still has to be created somewhere. It's got a lot of potential as both a storage and tranportation mechanism, and it's good for use in areas prone to air pollution, but it's not going to solve a shortage of energy. It could even be implemented in a way that was inefficient and made the shortage of energy worse.

You can think what you will, but go to YouTube and type Hydrogen an alternative fuel source. A friend of mine is working on a generator now. When i know more I will be glad to pass it on.
