If you can't believe Josh Lyman ... UPDATE

More witnesses step up to support Arianna Huffington's report that John McCain said at a party that he had not voted for George Bush in 2000, despite recent protestations that Huffington wasn't telling the truth. This is the least of the double-talk we should hear about from the Straight Talk Express before campaign 2008 is over. If ...

UPDATE: For example, how much traction will this Washington Post story get? I like Wonkette's summary:

John McCain was involved in another dull, complicated, unseemly land swap deal that everyone will ignore because it involved zero blow jobs.

The McCain dreamers.

Here we go again -- deny, deny, deny.

McCain didn't call his current wife a TROLLOP and/or CUNT(a vulgar or disreputable woman; especially; one who engages in sex promiscuously or for money); McCain didn't have an adulterous affair with his current wife while still married to his first wife that stood by him and raised his children (while he was reportedly a POW); McCain doesn't have a temper and never repeatedly called his congressional colleagues "shit heads," "ass holes" and in at least one case "a fucking jerk."... and everyone in the senate/congress that say he is are just lying liberal jackasses.

Yep on John is a lilly white clean christian man and his spiritual leader never called the catholic church the antichrist.

Yep we need another four more years of a talk-to-God Christian man in the Oval Office for there's still some of our assets that the GOP has yet to still and rape.....

Bush didn't go AWOL; Iraq still has WMD and Jenna Bush practices sexual abstinence and isn't pregnant on her wedding day.

BWC,
And Clinton didn't stick a cigar up a 21 year old White-House Intern's Vagina. Then parade out, all of the females in his administration (Donna Shalala, Madeline Albright, etc. etc.) on the White House Lawn to say "we support this President, he is not lying," only to find out a few weeks later that he was lying and "did have sex with that women". Then there were all the other tramps that Billy Clinton messed around with while he was married to Hilly.

Republican voters won't care if he didn't vote for Bush, they won't care if he's found to be lying. Cheney, as I recall, was found to not have voted at all for many election cycles when he placed himself on the ticket as VP. Republicans didn't care, preferring to believe that Gore was the only danger to America. Bush/Cheney/Rice/Rumsfeld raised the art of lying to whole new levels, from the pathetic little attempt by Clinton (how silly and amateurish his little lie "I didn't have sex...." seems now) to downright professional pathological, believing your own lies, lies. Republicans didn't care - supported them again and again ---- until their pocketbooks felt the smart of age old Republican style economics which they never realize won't work till they get their guy in office.

Republicans don't learn and don't remember - unless it is something they've made up about Bill Clinton - that they will believe to the grave.

LOL!! Billary just made my point in spades. LOL!!

Damn Billary you need to wake up and smell the roses and/or hog pin. This is 2008 and Bill has already paid for his disingenuous behavior besides he's not running for President although he would get my vote, along with a majority of Americans, if he could/did.

Someone needed to tell your beloved Bill that he was not running this time around. If they had maybe his little wifey would be in the #1 spot. If he is so beloved, why can't he help her.

I always look to Rush Limbaugh for guidance in selecting a Dem nominee.. I think Bill Clinton is a God for doing the same. /s

If one word described Bill this year i would be hard pressed to choose between bitter or condescending ... or two words, uranium mobster.

Eagle-eyed travelers who thought they saw a familiar face at the Little Rock National Airport baggage screening checkpoint were right: that is Mike Huckabee's long-time press spokesman and brother-in-law Jim Harris riffling through your underwear and checking your shoes for bombs. /more/
