Talk Business: The state Racing Commission today approved 24-hour gambling on video poker, blackjack and slot-type machines at Southland Park in West Memphis.

Hmmmmm. I thought it was already known. The allowance for Oaklawn is they will be open 24-7, except closing completely Christmas and Easter. That was determined long ago.
