Hey, if Wal-Mart, the hospitals, and the fire department can stay open 24-7 in Hot Springs, why not Oaklawn?

Hmmmmm. I thought it was already known. The allowance for Oaklawn is they will be open 24-7, except closing completely Christmas and Easter. That was determined long ago.
