Anytime the discussion turns to Bush's foreign policy Obama wins.

Bush handed this to Obama on a platter and the Dems all did a good job of reacting quickly and forcefully.

And McCain looks foolish today.

And HIllary showed everyone that the accusations that she is trying to sabotage Obama so she can run in '12 are silly. She did a good job of joining in on the attack on Bush and McCain. I don't understand why so many people seemed surprised by that though.

Once again Bush's behavior alone, full of lies, hubris, stupidity, simply boggles the rational mind. And McCain is right-winged in there with him.

Republican talking points attack what they are actually trying to achieve... so why would Third generation Nazi enabler Bush be attaking Nazi's while doing his damnedest to create a fascist state in AMerica?

Especially on foreign policy it's like shooting fish in a barrel for the Democrats. The Cheney Crime Family has done everything in the worst possible manner. How hard is it to kick the ass of some people who are 100% wrong, stupid, criminal, lame, evil....and on and on for about 126 more descriptive, heart breaking words. Notice every neo-con who got us into this fake War for Oil has written a book explaining why it wasn't their fault that things went poorly. They use lies and stuff they made up on the spot to support their flimsy claims. They get paid to speak at the Clinton School plus all the talk shows. Where is the downside for them? Why are they allowed the freedom to travel the country and make themselves richer while 4077 of our troops are dead and traveling nowhere?

Not only do I want a complete change in our direction. I also want punishment for those evil enough and incompetent enough to have gotten us where we are today. if you mess up at work and a couple of your co-workers die, do you think you'll get a promotion, a book deal and maybe the Presidential Medal of Honor? The next episode of Disparate Housewives will be closer to reality than what is going on in Washington, DC. We must wake up! We must stop the make-believe world of Republicanism and Mark Pryor-ism.

Yeah...we must keep in mind that McCain is falling apart with very little pushing from the Democrats. When Barack and Hillary get it all straighted out and one or both of them turn their guns on Grandpa Munster full time.....it will be a slaughter. We really ought to spot the Republicans 10 million votes in this election just to kinda make it look like a fair fight.

I personally love the elderly, but it's not fair sending them into a gun fight with their old droopy guns misfiring left and right. But...remember the misery and indignities we've suffered the last 8 years at the hands of a bunch of Republican crooks. Yeah, I'd pay to see the debate between Obama and McCain. If McCain brings Bush, as Obama suggests, in fairness Obama ought to bring Jeremiah Wright as his partner. A tag team match.

Only someone who sees black people as threats would see Rev. Wright as influential as G.W. Bush.

Aside from that, Rev. Wright would kill G.W Bush in a debate. It would be no contest.

Obama wins? No, Obama gets asked a few tough questions that he cannot answer and then has NBC whine about how unfairly he is treated. McCain only sounds foolish to liberals.
It is so funny that Obama assumed Bush was speaking of him. Yes, he should feel guilty for his foolish ideas on international relations. Bush was correct 100%. You canNOT go and speak intelligently with a man like Aqumademjad (I don't care how you spell it) who clearly states with no stuttering that Israel should be wiped from the face of the earth. You cannot have a civil discussion with a man who claims the holocaust never existed.
How do you ask a man that wants to wipe a country off the face of the earth how to deal with that country?
Yes, when real debates begin we will all see what a pansy Obama is. Eventually he will have to stop saying "I believe in change and the future", and actually discuss issues. He does not want to talk issues because on issues he FAILS!

I have never claimed to be an expert on international relations, just as no one on this site could claim to be. What I DO know is;
Al Quada reduced by 94% in Iraq (according to jihadist groups)
Hussein (Saddam that is) GONE
No attacks on American soil since 9/11
Bin Laden immobilized
Most Al Quada training camps destroyed.

What I also know, and now this is just from watching debates. I am not an expert or anything, but I do know the difference in answering a question and not answering a question. Obama can easily answer questions like, "is Michelle disappointed with America?" But, he has little problems with questions like "What about your relationship with known terrorists?" Then suddenly its canceled debates and lots of uhm and "can't I just eat my waffles". Sure, you eat your waffles while real leaders run for president.
I also know the difference in "unconditional talks" and "dealing" with loons, like Mahmoud Ak-mad-dididjahad. Only liberals who claim to be the party of tolerance would appease the man that calls Israel a "stinking corpse". I also know that Obama recently changed his website and removed his "unconditional talks".
Now, come on guys I just answered like eights questions, I am not running POTUS OR ANYTHING!!!

Al-Qaeda didn't exist in Iraq until George Bush gave them the opening.

True so far as it goes. How do you like the Islamic Republic of Iraq which George Bush created in its place? How do you like a secular, Westerized state turning back the clock a few decades?

There are two possible answers to this.

1) Why would Al-Qaeda get in the way of an administration that is aiding their long-term goals? A sane foreign policy is a threat to Al-Qaeda. Appeasement and provocation are two sides of the same coin (not that you know what appeasement is).

2) They weren't that strong an organization in the short term, and it didn't take much to disrupt them, again in the short term. It didn't take much of a president to do that.

Really? So you're saying that, even though no one can find him to capture (my preference) or kill (okay by me) him, you know what he's doing? (Listening to Steely Dan, no doubt--I saw that on television a while back.)

John most of your answer sounds like a bunch of conspiracy theories. The fact is Iraq is a more secure state today than it was several years ago.
The fact that we have lost just a few more American soldiers' lives during this time of war than was lost the while Clinton was in office during "peace time" while creating this safer state is a testament to the success.
Have some indirect issues arisen since starting this war? Possibly. But to blow off the fact that there have been no 9/11's since 9/11 is just silly. We are talking about groups of Islamic terrorists. They DO want to kill Americans because we are bad, homosexual-loving, Britney Spears adoring sinners. It did not take much of a president to do that? Well he could have ignored it, like the many American attacks that were ignored by the "not much of a president" before him. It is fine to disagree with the war, but to let your liberal ideologies underestimate what 9/11 was really all about is insane. I wish I could forget the thousands of innocents that were lost that day and I wish I could forget the fact that one of the bombers could have been stopped had we had better security in place and had been able to confiscate his laptop when we had it. No I don't know that Bin Laden is immobilized, I do know that aside from a few unconfirmed audio tapes he has basically been "inactive" which is close enough to immobile. But, I guess since jihadist groups and Muslim terror groups are not really that strong and pose no threat to America as you seem to believe, it does not really matter what Bin Laden is doing.

And why don't you try asking the thousands of people in the middle-east who had their children or parents raped or murdered in front of them by Hussein's government how they like it. Geez you even down play the fact that one of the most INTOLERANT, CRUEL rulers has been taken down???? I guess that is where you and I differ. I believe that it is worth sacrifice to protect Americans and I believe it is worth sacrifice to destroy such an evil human.

And John, Al Quada did not exist before Bush? Please explain this to me, since according to every bit of research I have done Al Quada has existed since 1988 after the Soviet War in Afghanistan.
