Whitbeck plea bargain

Arkansas Business reports: That Little Rock businessman Frank Whitbeck will plead guilty to one mail fraud charge in a deal with federal prosecutors. He was accused of diverting money from his life insurance company to himself and other companies he controlled. No word yet on sentencing.
