Sunday will never be the same

Maybe those waiting periods for handgun purchases make a small amount of sense.

Consider the Springfield woman who bought a handgun at a Bass Pro Shops in Springfield Sunday morning (Sunday morning! Couldn't they delay Sabbath gun sales, like alcohol, until noon at least?) and plugged her ex-hubby three hours later.

Missouri lawmakers passed a law last year eliminating the requirement that someone wanting to buy a handgun first has to pass a sheriff's background check.<<<

We have no such legislation in Ark. It took less than 30 minutes and $450 to get a .40 into my hands last year at a local store. She could packed a lunch for the family and poisoned him, run over the dude with her car and a few other gory methods I could dredge up. Of course I think just about all gun owners are somewhat crazy except me of course.

The children are the tragedy. Both parents gone. Traumatized for life.
.

WOW.

I am speechless (which is a rarity).

I think that it is imperative that we immediately start the confiscation of knives. Have you heard about the multiple stabbings, beheading and cannibalism practiced by the bus rider in Canada? Oh, the horrors! It would never have happened if we had registered knives. Remember, people don't kill people, knives kill people. We have got to ban them and ban them now. We have no excuse. The Constitution doesn't protect the right to keep and bear knives so we have to move quickly.

Look for the NRA to blame it on the husband. Idiot shouldn't have gotten in the way of the bullet.

Well, everyone knows that criminals always go through criminal checks when they 'purchase' guns.

That right arm get away from you and cause you to leap up from the wheelchair again, Strangelove?

"I can . . . walk, Mein Fuehrer!"

We have ways of making you talk, kong! Deutschland, Deutschland, uber alles. We also have ways of making you register your knives.

If murderers had been executed then this woman wouldn't have killed her hubby...
She no doubt thinks they'll just slap her on the wrist.
BS do unto her what she did to her husband.

Lissen, Strangelove, my very own personal survival kit don't contain no knifes.

Survival kit contents check. In them you'll find: one forty-five caliber automatic; two boxes of ammunition; four days' concentrated emergency rations; one drug issue containing antibiotics, morphine, vitamin pills, pep pills, sleeping pills, tranquilizer pills; one miniature combination Russian phrase book and Bible; one hundred dollars in rubles; one hundred dollars in gold; nine packs of chewing gum; one issue of prophylactics; three lipsticks; three pair of nylon stockings. Shoot, a fella' could have a pretty good weekend in Vegas with all that stuff.

Maybe the bastard deserved a plug.

OK....look for more out of this story. I did some Googling and found that the ex-wife has a number of "hot" qualities, while the dead ex husband looks like Jim Bob Duggars nerdy friend, Rusty. These 2 people don't fit. And since the photo I saw was a mug shot, the killer must look way hotter under more normal situations, like before she was an accused mad dog killer.

My wifey and I match, we're starting to look alike. Sometimes I have to look under the covers to see which one I am. You should match yer mate.......that's why I won't be voting for McCain. I'm sorta surprised Cindy didn't gun him down years ago.

"he no doubt thinks they'll just slap her on the wrist.

You are correct, chasv. Different set of rules when it comes to men and women in the execution/punishment meting. Same way in color of skin, ability of attorneys, poverty vs wealth.

"The court is most merciful when the accused is most rich."

---Hebrew proverb

Death, you better watch it saying your wife looks like you...you might be next.
