Sluggo gets his wheels

Sluggo, the rescue bulldog who's benefitted from Arkansas Blog readers' charity, now has the expensive cart that we hope will enable him to move around without crawling on his front legs. A progress report here.

Nemo, thanks to Hillary Clinton and Senator Kennedy there is no reason why any child in Ark
should not get such good care, even better. It's called ARKids First. HRC and Kennedy did the
federal enabling legislation.
