Here's a crazy idea. Why don't we use the money to pay off some of out debt? We have lots of bond debts we could pay off early. Or would Stephens and the other bond daddy's not like that idea?

Gov Beebe is 100% Correct. Bush/Cheney layoffs are just beginning, you know the "trickle down"
effect coming home to roost. Soon it will be a gush. Washington County is now noticeably behind in property tax collections.
