Delta Economics.
What maroon is dumb enough to buy something at "pre depression prices" Hold your money until the depression. Things will be much cheaper.
Call Rex and see if he can share some of his bucks as the head of the agency tasked with making Grady and other delightful cities appealing to business and industry.

Unless that sign is 30 years old, they started too late. The Delta has been in a depression for decades now. Just one of the hidden economic facts lost when looking at the US averages.
