E-mailgate put to rest

The state Supreme Court today refused to breathe new life in the lawsuit over the alleged lack of action by UA officials over e-mails sent during the Nutty days of Mustain-White-etc.

The court also refused to overturn a contempt citation against the lawyer who brought the suit, now moot because of departure of key players.

State Supreme Court Justices.....all UofA Law School grads?

Does this mean Little Eddie is going to the chair? Can I bring him clean socks and cigarettes? Of course the cigarettes will be for me. On second thought can I bring him Bugles snack chips. He loves Bugles ya know.

It would make his time on death row pass quickly and if they let me bring him enough Bugles, he wouldn't eat so much at his last meal and that would result in a savings for Arkansas taxpayers.
