Jean Picker Firstenberg, president emerita ofthe American Film Institute to speak
Jean Picker Firstenberg headed the American Film Institute (AFI) for more than 25 years before her retirement in October 2007 when she was presented with AFI’s Life Achievement Award. During her tenure, Firstenberg led AFI to many advancements, ranging from the AFI Conservatory being accredited, to the opening of the AFI Silver Theatre and Cultural Center, a state–of–the–art center for the moving image arts in Silver Springs, Md. At the Clinton School, she will give a lecture entitled, "Are Artists Public Servants Too?"

Talk Show host and political commentator Jerry Springer to speak
Best known as the host of the highly successful "Jerry Springer Show," Jerry Springer is a former city councilman and mayor of Cincinnati, Ohio. Currently, Springer hosts "Springer on the Radio," a daily political talk radio show on Air America and "America’s Got Talent" on ABC. He also ran unsuccessfully for Congress in 1970 and Governor of Ohio in 1982. At the Clinton School, Springer will give a lecture entitled: "The American Dream: Are We Dreaming?"
