They are consumed by greed for power and when their Kennedyque eastern liberal personas did not play here in Arkansas and Bill was defeated after his first two year term as governor in 1980, the Clintons remade themselves in the image of big business, racist tinged stealth republicans. Remember Bill and hill teamed up in 1983 to cement his return to the governor's seat by getting the repulsive, racist teacher testing legislation enacted and in the process securing an education related tax increase Clinton's victory in 1982 allowed him to serve ten uninterrupted years as governor until being elected POTUS while still flying under the radar of his being a DINO. The Clintons are unpricipled phonies to the core.
Recall Hillary and her MSM cronies such as Andrea (Mrs. Alan Greenspan) Mitchell played the leak game to futilely advance Hillary's Veep ambitions and the same usual suspects are doing a curtain call regarding the Secretary of State rumors. Hopefully, Barack will have the courage to resist this latest Clinton power play. Hawk Hillary is the last person who should be advancing Barack's foreign policy initiatives. She'd be distracted dodging imaginary bullets at every airport and port of call on the globe.
