Clinton Foundation bucks
The Clinton Foundation raised $124 million in 2007 and spent $140 million, according to its annual filing with the IRS. You can peruse the whole thing here. Bruce Lindsey is the top employee, at $240,000 per.
You won't find individual contributors (though the rising president might be interested in whether the contributors present potential conflicts with a future secretary of state). The cash position of $90 million, I'm told, overstates the organization's situation. A good bit of that is committed to AIDS-fighting drugs. (But looks to me like there still should be some leeway for a little railroad bridge renovation.)
UPDATE: A Clinton Foundation spokesman says all the organization's excess cash comes in the form of grants for specific programs and that there's little or no discretionary money in the reserve for the long-promised renovation of the rusting Rock Island bridge. But, he adds, the Foundation has raised $5 million for this cause and continues to seek other sources to complete the $10 million necessary.

Comments
Before assuming too much it would be good to wait and see the 2008 fund raising after Mrs. Bill Clinton was no longer in the running to be POTUS.
Recall in '07 she was "The One." Yes, money follows power.

MSNBC reporting that WHC is ready/willing to open his kimono - well, at least the library's fundraising/books, et al. Think there may still be a "Clinton clause" or 3?!!

You know, I never in my life voted for Bill Clinton. But I am amazed that he is treated like some kind of 3 time loser ex-con crack dealer. If you saw my bank account you'd see I am not wise in the ways of high finance. But....let's review.....Bill Clinton is an EX-President of the United States-AT&T. If he was taking money from Osama or Larry Flynt or Larry Craig or the Mexican drug cartel.......what on earth would they be getting from him except maybe an autographed picture?
How many bills has Bill introduced since leaving office. How many vetoes has is issued since leaving office. How many CIA agents has he outed since leaving office. How much money has he thrown to Halliburton and Blackwater?
There are people on the speakers circuit you'd think no one would want to pay to see. Some of them I thought died 20 years ago. If YOUR NAME College or corporation or country wants to pay Linda Henning who played youngest daughter Betty Jo Bradley on the old TV show Petticoat Junction, 2 million to speak before them.......who the FK cares? You'd be stupid, but it's your damn money. I'll be glad to come speak to your group for 45 dollars plus gas money, by the way.
And if Bush's friends, the Saudis want to pay Bill Clinton half a million to come speak to their camels and if these same towelheads want to give 10 million towards AIDS work in Africa......BRING IT! What part of that makes Clinton a criminal? So what if Bill likes to fly around on Ron Burkle's jet......I would too....pssst...Ron....pick me up! And if Ron Burkle, who hasn't been convicted of any crime, wants to pay Clinton to walk into a business office and make him look like a very important guy......is that child rape? I will walk with you into a business office and make you look important for 45 dollars plus gas money.
Famous people get rich fast. I wish I got that deal in life, but I don't, but I'm not jealous of people who do. Tom DeLay will never come to trial. Scooter Libby is as free as a Walton. Cheney is still in office! We got criminals right and left.....but until someone comes up with a crime Bill Clinton has committed.....I can't see why he's being treated so badly. The media has made him out to be the new Billy Carter.......or worse. When will we get back to punishing the real crooks?
