Happy holiday
It might be a nervous holiday weekend for some in the Pulaski County School District. A special board meeting is scheduled Monday at 6 p.m. to talk about the dangerous roofs at two elementary schools and to hear a report on "district administrative contracts." A personnel session is also on the agenda.

Okay Max,
I really did look through the Eat Arkansas archives for your yeast roll article/recipe, which I thought was from around this time last year. Google didn't find it for me, either. The recipe worked for me before, so I'd like to find the exact one again.
Happy Thanksgiving, y'all.

It's the no-knead roll recipe in my copy of Joy of Cooking, which I don't have ready to hand. milk, an egg, packet yeast, soft flour, sugar, salt. sticky, so you can let it rise without kneading in refrigerator. i pinch them off, dip in butter and put snug against each other in pan.

Hmmmm... dunno, jazzy: Bobby Crockett wrapped up his three years with the Bills in '69, before Ferguson came along. Dick Cunningham was a backup LB, I think for a few years in the early 70s -- could you be thinking of either?
