Al Franken is in the lead

This will be important politically when the arena moves to the improperly rejected absentee ballots. More comment here.
Ain't it just like a Repub? Norm Coleman is suing to prevent counting of all ballots.

It looks like Al is going to win. I think he will be a great Senator. He's not afraid to stand up to lying Republikkklans, including Mark W. and Ms. Blank. I think he'll be a real tail twister. You journalists, legit or bastard, should be looking forward to some great quotes. Al is a hardass, and he's funny.

Al Franken is an idiot and he is lazy. He will grandstand, but he won't do anything of any significance. Given the Democratic party's ability to manufacture votes in recounts, it won't be a surprise if he's declared the winner. He will be a big embarrassment to the democratic party in the end.

"Al Franken is an idiot and he is lazy."
At least he is not a crook and under investigation.

It looks like the canvassing board is looking for any opportunity to manufacture a vote for Al. When a voter doesn't follow the rules, the vote should be tossed. When a voter votes for more than one candidate, the vote should be tossed instead of awarding it to Al. The whole voter intent thing is a scam. The voter has the responsibility to follow directions and fill in the dots on the form. If they make a mistake or change their mind, they need to get a new ballot, per the law in Minnesota. The Democrats in charge of the recount will manufacture enough votes to give Al an illegitimate win. There's no telling how many fake voters ACORN manufactured in this race.

Wow, Sev, I see you have your toy magic wand and plastic top hat out today... May that rabbit bite your finger!
What is being counted today? The ballots Coleman challenged... and Coleman erroneously challenged many times more ballots than Franken. It's all being broadcast live on the web.
It very telling that Frankens challenged pile was A) much smaller.. B) very few were given to Coleman
Coleman challenged everything most without merit... and now hundreds are being correctly counted for Franken
If all you have are manufactured lazy name calling techniques, Sev... you got nuttin' at all.
Latest update: Franken up by at least 258

Yippers Service often has his "toy magic wand and plastic top hat.."
Too bad Coleman cannot get his case to a R appointed Court and settle this thing the RIGHT
way.
Damn you Sandra Day O'Connors! Your one vote has cost this nation Trillions! Trillions!
Al Franken should have made some "B" grade Western movies. Then he would have been qualified to run for president.

Al Franken is the Sarah Palin of the Democrat Party. Big mouth, no substance. Did you ever listen to his God-awful radio show?

Anyone who believe that ballots mysteriously appeared...(how fortunate for Al) and they all just happened to be for the person who was short....is also a big fat idiot.

Nemo...no one listened to his radio show. That's why they went bankrupt and Soros had to float them more money. Liberal talk radio failed miserably because NO ONE wanted to listen. Yeah, let's let Frankin in office...maybe he can continue there what he started with radio!

MAK, you're right about that radio biz. I tried but I just couldn't get into Air America. Too loud. Too much like your hero Rush. Didn't appeal to my moderate sensibilities.
But...I like Al.

". . . Al Franken is an idiot and he is lazy. He will grandstand, but he won't do anything of any significance. . . ." Severus
I thought that was the desired characteristics of a CCRRR approved politician, resulting in less laws and smaller, less regulatory government.
