Can't wait

News director Dave Elswick over at KARN (FM 102.9, AM 920) says the station will carry The Huckabee Report, which premiered today at 35 stations. It will be a couple of weeks before the show is picked up; the Huckster will be piped in at the less-than-prime time of 8:30 a.m., a slot now occupied by Paul Harvey reruns.

"Can't wait" eh.

Who on here coulda guessed.

.

I watched "Huckabee" on FOX for the first time last night.

About the same quality talent, guests and production you used to get on the 1960s KTHV talent show, "The Grand Ole Charlie McRaven Show," hosted by the Jacksonville used-car dealer. The one that featured the "semi-blind" country singer.

BTW, Huck's guest star on last night's FOX show was Elvis Presley's stepbrother.

Of course kaRn would pick up Huck's show. Did anyone expect kaRn to drop anyone from its neo-conservative talk lineup to air Randi Rhodes or Mike Malloy? As much as the tin foilers hate Huckabee for being "too liberal", his act will play well with kaRn's target audience.

HE'S EVERYWHERE!! HE'S EVERYWHERE!!

like the ice covering Hot Springs right now.

Did you catch this about the Huckster's mentor that appeared on the front page of today's Dem/Gaz?

"Pat Roberston, who hosts Christain Broadcasting Network's THE 700 CLUB program from Virginia Beach, VA., said America is headed for socialism as well as an economic rebound under President -elect Barack Obama in 2009, citing information he said is from God."

I'am not a real (right or left), I beleive alot like Obama in away. I'm American 12th generation. We have valley's over here in Marion County, named after my Grandfather who settled it. Coves on Lake Norfork now in Baxter County named after is son who settled it. So I guess you could say I'm an Arkansas-American. But anyway I don't always agree or disagree with the ole' Huskster, but I do enjoy his down home manner.

And with the compared with the other non-sense on fox. Well he is a welcome change sort of. We know as all of FOX's veiws, not nessasarly news. That it is TCoB (as Elvis put it TCB) cause what FOX does take care of big business and the stinkin' rich, thats who the speck for.

I thought God was all about socialism.

How many times have I heard preachers and bidness leaders say that any accomplishment belongs to God.

The entire Earth belongs to god

I'm overjoyed for Mike because if he's taking over for Paul Harvey and making tons of money, he won't want to take a pay cut and run for President. Go Mikey!
